What is the difference between PCM and EveryDay BehaviorTools?

One way of explaining this is to point to the Cycle of Crisis in PCM. When you get trained in PCM, you will get an education in prevention, de-escalation and re-integration, and we train you to fluency in the physical part of Crisis Management.
EveryDay BehaviorTools (EDBT) is then a hands on (lots of roleplay) training in 10 prevention and de-escalation techniques. Note that unlike the PCM training, you can opt to do EDBT 100% online.
